Jagsit FoundationEducation We Provide
We believe that education has the potential to break the cycle of poverty and ignorance. It is a powerful tool with which one can achieve his goal. Rural Jharkhand is the home of the backward, underserved tribal community. Most children here belong to weaker economic backgrounds and are unable to sustain their educational journey. To help these children, we are providing financial support in their education and buying them free study kits including pencils, erasers, pens, books, notebooks etc. Our mission is to make basic education accessible for these children, empower these young minds, and pave the way for a brighter future.
Health Care
Health is the true wealth for human beings as well as a fundamental right. Our main focus is on the remotest rural areas of Jharkhand, where affording basic health necessities is quite difficult. On behalf of Jagsit Foundation, we strive to bridge the healthcare gap by providing support economically. For this, we arrange health camps to offer free health diagnosis services, treatment, medicines and health supplements as per their healths’ requirements. We express our gratitude to dedicated medical professionals who has collaborated with us and contributed to the success of these programs, working towards ensuring everyone receives the healthcare they deserve.
Women Empowerment
Empowering women is crucial for a nation’s progress. In the marginalized areas of Jharkhand, the majority of women are ignorant of their rights and duties resulting to a threat to them as they become easily vulnerable to gender discrimination, violence and abuse. Regarding this, we arrange camps to spread awareness about their rights and encourage them to raise their voices against ill-treatment. We have also undertaken some training to equip them with the skills to generate income to support their families financially and become self-dependent. These efforts are aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty, unemployment, and social issues, leading toward a brighter and more equitable future for all.
Skill Development
We at Jagsit Foundation are also making the empowerment of underprivileged youth and women a priority to build a society of self-sufficiency and financial independence. We understand the crucial role of skills in enhancing employability. Hence, we offer training programs in computer skills, tailoring, beautician courses, and more. By giving these trainings, we aim to uplift our trainees and prepare them for a brighter, economically independent future.
Tree Plantation
Trees are the balance maker of our environment. But man-made deforestation has caused the vulnerability of our nature to pollution, global warming and environmental issues. so we are on a mission to reduce the risk of environmental threats through tree plantation as it is the potential and only solution. Through active tree plantation drives, we aim to mitigate environmental risks, combat pollution, and contribute to a healthier planet
